What to expect next:

New client bookings are usually a bit farther out, 6-8 weeks on average. But once we get you set up and in for your initial session, we can book at a more regular cadence that is ideal for you and your treatment plan.

At your first session we will do an Assessment, usually 30min or less. Bring your questions and concerns. This is when you can share all your insights and goals on what's going on, as well as allow me to ask questions and assess.  This helps us build a treatment plan so we are better directing our time together, and more intentional about how we proceed.
